Odd night, open mic at school. Saw people who believed so deeply in fashionable intellectuality that they stood up—perhaps typified by the girl who advertised the fact that she keeps Poe on her cell phone by reading (poorly, in singsong monotone) a selection of his work. I remembered a piece from a distant epoch, though I didn't recite it, save in my echoing mind.
When we're together everything's
A miracle at worst
But do I drink to become drunk
Or just to quench my thirst?Is it addiction if it is bounded?

All I can say is... sounds like an odd night.
Hey Nathanael, come by my Xanga, there's this video that I made in Biology class that is so AWESOME! It's the first video I've ever made.
